Digital Products Refund Policy
FoxFire Gaming Studios LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell digital products (games, software, and other downloadable content), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if:
- The product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.).
- You accidentally purchased the wrong product.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- You have substantially used or completed the product (e.g., finished a game).
- The issue is caused by your system not meeting the stated minimum requirements.
- You simply changed your mind after purchase (though we’ll do our best to work with you).

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
